Mono-component MS polymer, developed for bonding windscreens and crash test approved. Quick-drying, as it makes it possible to release a vehicle with dual airbags after only 1hr. The adhesion primer is incorporated into the product, saving you time on application. Its high density eliminates any risk of sagging after application. Adheres on water, so ideal to plug a leak. Its high tack makes it possible to support the windscreen. No need to strap or secure. Cures with exposure to the air and ambient humidity, high SHORE hardness (60-65). Used to stick glass, windscreens, rear glass panes and rear windscreens.

Instruction for use

It is essential to degrease the surface. Mastic application: take a cartridge, remove the cover completely from the bottom of the cartridge, pierce a hole with a pointed object. Take a nozzle and cut a V in order to create a triangular seal with a thickness of 10 to 14 mm as a minimum. To create a regular seal, use a pneumatic gun and position the adhesive on the sheet metal or on the previous seal. After positioning, the windscreen is held without straps or spacers. Vehicle may be released with or without dual Airbags after 1 hour at a temperature of +/- 23°.
