This special structural glue for metals is a dual-component adhesive based on polyurethane. It is thixotropic, black in colour, odour-free, works at room temperature and has been specially designed for structural soldering of a wide variety of metals such as copper, steel, aluminium, galvanised steel... Its maximum adhesion capacity of 23 N/mm² means that it can durably weld all metals together. The time the product takes to work is 20 minutes and it dries within 60 minutes.

Instruction for use
The surfaces which have been glued must be cleaned with a good degreasing product in order to remove any trace of dust, dirt, oil or grease. Wherever possible, carry out mechanical abrasion to remove paint from surfaces (if necessary) and to increase the strength and the staying power of the glue. Allow the pre-treated surface to dry before applying the adhesive. Mixing should always be carried out using a static mixer made up of at least 16 elements. The mix should be applied directly from the mixer on to the pre-treated, dry surface. The optimum layer of adhesive, which will guarantee the greatest seal resistance, should have a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm. The surfaces must be joined before the adhesive has dried and be adhered to one another by applying firm pressure to the adhesion surface. The time the product takes to work is 20 minutes and it dries within 60 minutes.
